Updating of Customer Information

NBS Bank would like to inform all its valued customers that it is updating its customer information database.

All NBS Bank customers are, therefore, requested to visit their nearest branch to fill customer information forms to enable the Bank update their details held on its database.

This exercise is aimed at complying with the regulatory 'Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements'. This will also smoothen communication between the Bank and its customers for efficient delivery of the Bank's services.
